THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED UPON RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT
Booking Confirmation
A 20% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. This deposit is non refundable
Final Payments
The full balance of the account is due twenty (20) days prior to the event date.
Booking Cancellations
In the event of a booking cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the intended event date, no monies will be refunded.
Flower Stock Availability and Changes
Fresh flowers need to be finalised at least four (4) weeks prior to the event, eight (8) weeks notice is required for Artificial. If the Artificial that has been used for your order is out of stock a substitute many need to be used and can be discussed at the time.
Some Fresh flowers are seasonal and you will be informed if your flowers are in season for your event date.
Fresh flowers can also be affected by the weather which can cause some flowers to not be available. In this case you should discuss a substitute flower or implement an Artificial in its place. Sometimes we are only given short notice with regards to flowers affected by the Weather and this cannot be controlled.
Décor Stock Availability and Changes
Rockingham Bridal can only guarantee the availability of the items stated in your Wedding Package. Any further requirements are subject to further confirmation.
All requirements, including colours, setup arrangements and final numbers must be finalised at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date. Any increases in requirements at this stage cannot be guaranteed. Any reduction in items will not be refunded after this time.
Inclement Weather
In the event of bad weather conditions that prevent the event taking place at the arranged site, no money will be refunded. Rockingham Bridal will do their best to accommodate any reasonable requests to set up your ceremony in an alternate location.
Reasonable notice must be given and Rockingham Bridal will not be responsible for anything that does not go to plan.
In the event of heavy rain or wind, Rockingham Bridal has the right to refuse rolling out carpets or erecting Bali Flags and Umbrellas if it is deemed detrimental to the condition of the items or the safety of the public.
Carpets will not be used on Damp Grass or on Sandy surfaces.
Loss/Damages
All items hired remain the property of Rockingham Bridal and clients will be charged accordingly for any loss or damages to items. Excessively soiled carpets will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
Delivery and Surcharges
Permits
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain relevant permits that may be required and to follow the regulations.
Site Cleanup
Rockingham Bridal cannot be held responsible for any rubbish left behind after the event, unless Rockingham Bridal was booked for a cleanup service.
Advertising
Rockingham Bridal reserves the right to take photos of the site setup prior to the event for use in advertising materials. Rockingham Bridal will only use photos with personally identifiable features with the permission of the hirer.
Liability
In no event shall Rockingham Bridal and their respective affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, exemplary punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind which arises out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or equipment supplied by Rockingham Bridal.
